Qualified Teacher main to upper pay scale

MPS 1-6 /UPS 1-3 

Plus TLR2b and SEN additional allowance 

The SABDEN Multi Academy Trust, based across East Sussex, is an aspirational and supportive Trust, aiming to create a warm, caring, stable, supportive environment in which all staff and pupils feel safe. New Horizons, St Leonards-on-Sea, is seeking to appoint an innovative, enthusiastic and effective Senior Teacher with empathy towards children with SEN. Although it is not statutory within a special school to hold a NASENCO qualification, it is envisaged that the successful applicant will undergo the necessary training with support from the school to obtain this qualification.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player and be committed to raising the standards in their area. You will also be a member of the School Senior Leadership Team. This is a rare opportunity to join the School and be part of our expanding team, which provides an outstanding service for pupils in the Hastings and surrounding area.
