Grade 9 SSP23- SSP25 (FTE £26,427 to £28,548)
Pro-rata starting salary from £21,427 p.a.
The SABDEN Multi Academy Trust provides specialised education to young people with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). We comprise of three special schools, a secure unit education unit, a large countywide alternative provision Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) and a newly opened vocational alternative provision Free School in East Sussex.
A proactive, organised, flexible and dynamic Project Officer is required to join the Central Team at a time of significant development and expansion for the Trust. The Projects Officer will support a wide variety of projects and work streams, adding capacity and project support. This varied role will include project support for infrastructure projects, procurement, personnel including recruitment, training and development, estates and facilities plus health and safety. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, an eye for detail and a desire to work in a high paced, challenging but rewarding role, which will support the Trust to meet its strategic objectives.
The post is 30 hours per week and there is flexibility around work patterns. The Trust currently has schools across East Sussex- the Projects Officer's office base (in either Seaford, Hastings or Horam) and remote working arrangements will be discussed at interview. The successful candidate will be required to work across Trust schools as required to meet the needs of this post.
